What I can help with
My services
01
Paid Acquisition
Paid acquisition is more than what’s happening inside Meta or
Google. Creative, landing pages, conversion and customer economics all affect whether a campaign works. I help ecommerce brands get more out of their paid channels, from campaign structure and creative testing to landing pages and CAC.

02
Conversion Rate Optimization
If people are reaching your site but not buying, I look at what’s happening between the click and the purchase, and where the experience can improve. I find the points in the customer journey that are making it harder to buy, then turn those findings into practical changes and tests.

What types of work do you offer?
I offer project-based work, ecommerce audits or consulting, coaching, and ongoing remote support. Some clients come to me with a specific problem they want to solve, while others want someone they can work with on an ongoing basis.
What businesses do you work with?
I primarily work with ecommerce brands that already have a product, customers and some traction, but want to improve how they’re acquiring and converting them. However, if you are a bussiness in the early stages looking to improve strategies or increase awareness and traffic, I can assist with that too. I work across paid acquisition, CRO, analytics and CRM/email, so the exact fit depends on what you’re trying to improve.
How much does it cost to work with you?
It depends on the type and scope of the work. Audits usually start at $700, projects at $950, consulting at $85/hour, coaching at $70/hour, and ongoing support at $1,450/month. I’ll always scope out the work with you first so you know exactly what’s included and what it will cost before we get started.
What information do you need from us to get started?
It depends on the project, but usually I’ll need access to the relevant platforms, some background on the business and your goals, and any existing data or reports that are useful. I’ll give you a clear list of what I need before we start — you won’t have to guess. Examples of platforms can include; Shopify / website, GA4 , Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Google Search Console etc.
Can we start with an audit before committing to ongoing work?
Yes. An audit can be a good place to start if you’re not sure what you need yet. It gives us a chance to understand what’s happening in the business and gives you a clear set of priorities before deciding whether you’d like ongoing support.
What does the ecommerce audit include?
That depends on what we’re auditing, but I typically look at the customer journey from acquisition through purchase — including the website, conversion points, paid channels, analytics and CRM/email where relevant. You’ll get a clear breakdown of what I found, what I’d change and what I’d prioritize first.
Is my data/ information secure?
Yes. Any business, customer or account information you share with me is treated as confidential and is only used for the work we’re doing together. Access is limited to what’s needed for the project, and I don’t share your information with third parties without your permission. For more information, refer to the Security Policy.
